Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sparta, NJ. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our services and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries regarding septic system services and scheduling. Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. Promote company services and assist in sales efforts as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous. Proficient in office software and computer systems.
