Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers well-informed.

Your main duties will include:

Answering emails and phone calls from customers and vendors Providing timely updates to customers about repair progress Checking in incoming parts and coordinating returns for core parts Assisting with driving vehicles to dealerships for services Picking up parts as needed (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to lift parts weighing over 50 pounds Prior automotive parts or service experience is a plus
