Job Summary:

Sign Drive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing team in Roselle, NJ! In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communication, follow up with leads, and set qualified appointments for our sales staff. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers begin their journey toward owning a reliable vehicle with payments that fit their budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Make outbound calls to follow up with internet leads, previous customers, and referral contacts Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team Track all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently Assist customers by answering basic questions and gathering initial information Work closely with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience Consistently meet or exceed daily appointment goals

Qualifications:

Experience in a BDC, customer service, or call center role preferred Automotive experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and well-organized Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Why Work with Sign Drive?
