un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Customer Service Rep wanted (Elizabeth, NJ) compensation: 17.00 employment type: job title: Customer Service Our client is looking to hire Customer Service Reps right away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails within 2 hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with team members
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in all tasks
- Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Create and manage shipment files accurately
- Handle post-customs clearance processes
- Schedule and coordinate delivery services
- Cross-train to support routing team as needed
Basic Requirements:
- Needs to speak and write English clearly and professionally
- Strong keyboard and mouse skills
- Familiar in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior logistics or freight experience is a plus, but not required
