Job Description
Express Employment Professionals of Union, NJ is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a busy warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can coordinate effectively between customers and warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Process and track orders, returns, and deliveries accurately Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, and customer concerns Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions Generate reports and assist with administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Knowledge of 3PL / Extensiv is a Huge Plus! Previous customer service or office experience (warehouse or logistics background a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using order entry systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Knowledge of 3PL / Extensiv a
