$20.00 per hour Douglas Infiniti & Douglas Volkswagen are proud members of Douglas Motors Corp located in Summit, NJ, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Support Representative. In this essential role, you will be responsible for calling our valued customers after their vehicle service appointments. Your primary duty will be to conduct outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and gather feedback on their recent service experience. This position is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and building lasting relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively call customers following their vehicle service appointments.
• Confirm customer satisfaction with the service received.
• Address any questions, concerns, or feedback customers may have.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer support or a related customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Excel.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
