What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that guides our customers through their service experience. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, your role is to create confidence, clarity, and comfort.
Your day might include:
Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism. Explaining vehicle health reports and service recommendations. Scheduling appointments and managing the shop calendar. Communicating with technicians to provide accurate updates. Handling questions, concerns, and follow-ups with care. Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming front office. Brainstorming ideas for marketing and social media. Create and implement new and better ways to improve our customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. A problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude. Detail-oriented and comfortable using shop software and digital tools. Experience in customer service, reception, or retail. Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required – we’ll train the right person. Must have a valid driver’s license with no violations and reliable transportation.
