- Who You Will Be Working With
- The New York State government agency supporting this role manages and leases real property, designs and constructs facilities, procures goods, services, and technology, and provides critical support services to state agencies.
It also leads sustainability and resiliency initiatives while assisting local governments, nonprofits, and school districts through centralized contracting and resource distribution.

- Major Duties
- + Process service line-specific transactions in accordance with standard work and service level agreements.
+ Conduct written and telephone communications and prepare email correspondence to customers, vendors, program administrators, and other stakeholders. + Resolve processing errors, identify system user needs, and manage complex transactions. + Consistently provide quality customer service to all Business Service Center customers. + Collaborate with supervisors and participate in LEAN activities to improve processes. + Analyze data and resolve complex auditing problems related to NYS business practices, including various audit functions.
- What We Are Looking For
- + Strong communication skills, particularly in a call center environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems. + Prior experience in customer service and problem resolution. +
- Option 1:
- High school diploma and three years of full-time experience processing business, finance, or human resource transactions. +
- Option 2:
- 60 semester credit hours of college-level study. +
- Option 3:
- 30 semester credit hours of college-level study and one year of relevant experience.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm +
