They will be expected to assist the customer and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner while showing empathy and understanding. The Customer Care Representative will also act as a back-up for side tasks or duties that the administrative team may need help with. Tasks and Responsibilities Take supply orders from customers. Prepare supply quotes for customers. Take service calls from customers. Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.
