In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone with everything from membership questions to billing support and more! What You Will Do + Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquires via phone, email and website chat. + Administration of our car wash unlimited programs such as updating billing information, updating/changing account plans, etc. + Troubleshooting customer concerns. + Communication with all store locations. + General administrative and clerical skills. Do You Have? + At least 6 months to 1 year of proven customer service experience; call center / receptionist experience is preferred. + Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions. + Must be detail oriented. + Must be able to work independently. + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Car wash experience is a plus.
