Catseye’s Customer Service Representatives handle phone calls and emails from current clients. They answer any questions or concerns a client may have regarding service and billing, manage the schedule and routing for our Pest Management Technicians, confirm appointments with clients, and scan and organize work orders. We are looking for an energetic individual with great communication skills who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior knowledge of the pest management industry is necessary. For the right individual, there will be an opportunity for advancement into leadership roles in the near future. All new hires receive a drug test and background check. Applicants must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays. Experience using CRM system(s) (Pest Control company experience a plus, not required) Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service Call center experience a plus Strong computer skills Experience with MS Office suite and Google Workspace (preferred) Strong data entry and analytical skills a must Strong telecommunication skills are a must Excellent organizational skills and time management skills What’s In It For You?
