is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for our Albany Branch.

A successful candidate:

Opens, reviews and closes repair orders Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines Schedules appointments Provides assistance to the parts and service departments Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted Communicates with customers of needed service work Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion

Skills:
