Full Job Description Job Overview:

As a Call Center Operator/Customer Service Representative at our meter reading services company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Assist customers with meter reading submissions, billing inquiries, and service requests. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer notifications. Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Accurately enter and update customer information in the system. Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively. Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
