Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person Administer and manage customer accounts, including scheduling and dispatching service requests Take and process recurring calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues Utilize scheduling software to coordinate and prioritize service requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery Requirements 1+ year of experience as a CCR Customer Care Representative in the HVAC industry Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in scheduling software and customer relationship management system High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset •
