About the Role As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be the face of Carvana, delivering a seamless and exceptional car-buying experience. You’ll handle 6-8 customer appointments daily, traveling in a company-provided vehicle to meet customers at their homes. Your mission? Make selling a car as easy and enjoyable as possible. What You’ll Do Drive to customer locations to finalize vehicle purchases using a company vehicle. Greet customers with professionalism and a smile, inspect their vehicle, and guide them through the paperwork process using an iPad. Accurately complete digital documentation and maintain detailed notes in our customer tracking system. Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with our CMV Driver Qualification policy. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow. What We’re Looking For A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A sense of humor and a positive, can-do attitude. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping people. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old.
