Job Description Arnot Health is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our Health on Demand team. You’ll play a key role in connecting patients, providers, and services in a compassionate and professional environment.
Schedule:
+ Part-time ~24 hours/week + Day / Evening Rotational Schedule + Every other weekend + Some holidays
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage incoming and outgoing calls through the Arnot Health Call Center. + Accurately assess and direct calls, including nursing triage and community information requests. + Make clerical outbound calls such as appointment reminders and surveys. + Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases. + Track call volume, generate reports, and manage billing for revenue-producing services. + Facilitate complaint handling and resolution processes. + Support a functional and organized office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required. + 3 years’ clerical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. + Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
