Job Description
F. M. Howell & Company is searching for a Customer Service Representative to become an integral member of our team. This candidate will collaborate with Sales, Production Planning, and various manufacturing departments to maintain favorable relationship with customers by providing high quality finished goods and on-time shipments. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, preparing correspondences, account management and fulfilling customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to meet production deadlines. Experience with maintaining customer accounts is preferred.
F. M. Howell & Company, founded in 1883, is a premier employer and manufacturer of paperboard and plastic packaging, and provider of secondary contract packaging services. Customers are primarily in life sciences, consumer products, and automotive industries and range from regional to international in scope.
