Nesco Resource is hiring for our client in the Elmira area for aCustomer Service Representative. This is a permanent f ull timeposition Monday thru Friday Hourly Pay $22 to $23

Serves customers byproviding product and service information; resolving product andservice problems.
Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answeringproduct and service questions; suggesting information about otherproducts and services. Opens customer accounts by recording accountinformation. Maintains customer records by updating accountinformation. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying thecustomer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensureresolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customeradjustments. Recommends potential products or services tomanagement by collecting customer information and analyzingcustomer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collectingand analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.
