JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a skilled, career minded, dedicated Customer Service Advisor/Estimator to join our team to help us deliver top-notch services to our valued clients. Collision estimating experience is
PREFERRED
– salary will be based on experience level.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner Assess vehicle damage and explain repair options Answer customer questions and concerns promptly Manage customer expectations and keep them informed throughout the repair process Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, CCC) Review insurance claims and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters Proficient in ordering parts Maintain accurate records and documentation Schedule appointments and manage workflow to ensure efficient operations Communicate effectively with customers, insurance agents, and technicians Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as an auto body customer service advisor or estimator Strong understanding of auto body repair processes and techniques Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, CCC) Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with STRONG organizational skills Valid driver’s license I-CAR certification a plus
