Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and care Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and offering solutions Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests Maintain customer records by updating account information Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems) Positive attitude and team spirit
