Call Center Operator/Customer Service Mott Street Optical Buffalo, NY 14203 • Hybrid work
Job Overview:
As a Call Center Operator/Customer Service Representative at our optical store, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally and courteously. Book, confirm, and reschedule eye exams, fittings, and consultations. Educate customers on eyewear options, promotions, and insurance benefits. Address complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns/exchanges. Accurately update customer records and interactions in the system.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$22.06 – $26.12 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
