As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and tailored sales solutions that leave a lasting impression. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a role in upholding the reputation we’ve built for excellence. Our team is known for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and we are proud to set a high standard in service delivery and client engagement. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assessing individual customer needs, recommending appropriate Verizon products or services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The Customer Service Representative will consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Provide personalized service by evaluating customer needs in person and recommending ideal Verizon products or services. Accurately complete transactions while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Clearly explain promotions, pricing, and service options to help customers make informed decisions. Identify opportunities to upsell Verizon services or products that enhance the customer’s overall experience. Stay informed about current Verizon offerings and industry trends to better serve customers. Maintain a solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions as a Customer Service Representative. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and the Verizon Account Sales team to meet team goals. Learn how to interview, train, and support new team members through mentorship from senior Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences. A commitment to professionalism in every customer interaction.
