Dispatcher/Customer Service Position Available In Erie, New York

Dispatcher/Customer Service Knoll’s Mobil North/Towing Buffalo 3005 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Buffalo, NY 14228 We are currently seeking a reliable individual for 4-5 shifts a week as dispatcher/cashier/office manager. Bulk of the shifts are 7am to 4pm. We are a Mobil gas station with a towing business in Amherst. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling transactions for fuel, lotto, snack purchases
• Handling general needs related to a service station
• Answering incoming calls and providing information about towing services and pricing
• Receiving and processing towing service requests and dispatching tow truck drivers No experience needed.

Training included. Veterans always welcome.
