Remote Benefits Customer Service Representativesresiding near Buffalo, NY/Pittsburgh, PA/Richardson, TX/San Diego,CA. Candidates MUST reside within 1 hour from one of these cities.
Day 1 Orientation and computer pick up is ONSITE. Day 2 and onwardsis remote/WFH. Read Before Applying!

Location:
Remote (Must live within 1 hour of specified city) -Pittsburgh, PA / Richardson, TX / Buffalo, NY /
San Diego, CA PayRate:
$16.50 per hour, paid biweekly ($0.75/hr for bilingualcandidates fluent in Spanish or French)
Schedule:
Full-Time |Monday-Friday |8hr shifts between 8am-7pm EST (NO
WEEKENDS!
)
BusySeason:
40 hours/week and possible
OT Off Season:
Hours fluctuatebetween 32-40 hours depending on client needs Extended servicehours during blackout season (Oct-Nov & first 2 weeks of Jan) to11pm EST No time-off is permitted in the first 90 days
Start Date:
August 18th – Multiple orientation dates through October!
Status:
W2 contract assignment with potential to extend or hire onpermanently based heavily upon attendance, performance, andbusiness needs. 3-6 month assignment to start with conversions todirect reserved for top performers with no attendance issues. JobSummary As a Benefit Customer Service Representative you will havethe rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping membersnavigate their healthcare and pension plans with confidence. What You’ll Do:
Guidemembers through benefits enrollment and assist with updates tohealth and/or pension plans. Deliver personalized support viaphone, email, and webchat — we prioritize quality over speed. Starton a single client account, and over time, be cross-trained tosupport multiple clients. Use empathy, professionalism, and clearcommunication to handle a variety of member concerns, includingthose that may be sensitive or complex. Interpret plan documentsand explain them in simple, easy-to-understand language. Handleconfidential information responsibly in line with HIPAA and dataprivacy standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Verifiable High schooldiploma or GED required. Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiencyrequired. Customer service or call center experience is a plus, butnot required — we’ll train the right person! Strong communicationand problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt your service approachto meet a variety of personalities and communication styles. Musthave a secure home office environment Must be willing to complete avideo interview recording (more details to be discussed) Bilingualcandidates encouraged to apply!
