Position:

Customer Service Sales Associate We’re seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and friendly Customer Service Sales Associate to provide outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you’ll assist with store presentation, help customers at the point of sale, and support inventory management. Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide an exceptional customer experience by answering questions about products and services. Perform cashier duties and operate the point-of-sale system. Replenish stock on the sales floor as needed. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and presentation. Help maintain accurate inventory and communicate with peers and management. Assist other departments as needed, including basic store maintenance. Work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Computer proficiency (familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus). Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to become familiar with a wide range of products and services. Team player with a consistent work ethic.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of military equipment and clothing is a plus. Willingness to learn and continually improve. Military background is a plus, but not required.
