What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service, and make sure all client questions are answered in an informative and friendly manner Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions Document communications and conversations Maintain common areas Perform intake/discharge duties General administrative duties Answer multiple phone lines Fille/dispense medications per doctor’s orders Manage the appointment schedule Receive payments for services rendered Let’s walk through Prism!

What We Offer:

The pay range for this role is: $20-$24/hr. This pay range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed pay will be dependent on the candidate’s skills, experience, and competencies 4 day work week No nights, no weekends, no on call, no major holidays! What We Require:

2+ years of veterinary experience in a customer service or client facing role Highly evolved written and verbal communication skills Someone that is comfortable around all types of animals – primarily dogs and cats A person who is exceptionally organized and has a keen eye for detail Someone with the ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment An openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning

This is a Launch position as we work towards opening our second location in Park Slope Brooklyn next year! You will spend your first few months training, building rapport, and establishing a team workflow in our flagship Flatiron location before moving to work fulltime from our brand new Park Slope office.
