Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Document interactions with clients in our computerized system to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong client services skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers. Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and determine appropriate responses. Strong attention to detail, particularly in cash handling and documentation processes. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
