Role:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our sales and shipping teams. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and salespeople—ensuring a smooth ordering process and resolving issues quickly and professionally. This is a full-time role based in New York City.

What You’ll Do:

Receive and process customer orders via email and electronic systems (EDI) Communicate with buyers, brokers, and sales teams to confirm order details Resolve product and delivery issues in a timely, professional manner Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status Send out order confirmations, exception reports, and invoices Handle customer questions and concerns with a service-first mindset Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries Assist with daily reports and updates for the customer service team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or order support role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable using email and basic computer systems Team player with a positive, professional attitude
