Customer Service Representative 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 3709 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234 Kings County House Calls is seeking a customer service representative to join our medical office team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Outreach to patients to follow up on health status Team collaboration to resolve any issues as needed Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct party Perform all other office tasks Document patient interactions in medical records
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multitask Basic computer knowledge is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills
