Coordinated with buyers, brokers, and sales teams to verify and confirm order specifications. Resolved product and delivery issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. Provided accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, and order status. Issued order confirmations, exception reports, and invoices in a timely manner. Addressed customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-focused, service-oriented approach. Collaborated cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Supported the customer service team by assisting with daily reporting and status updates.
