Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle outbound calling efforts to follow up on customer requests or feedback. Maintain a professional demeanor while utilizing effective phone etiquette. Process transactions and manage cash handling accurately. Document customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. Assist in maintaining an organized office environment. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with customers. Familiarity with office practices and procedures is advantageous.
