Customer Service Support Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional Customer Service Support face-to-face to our clients & customers Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transaction processes Resolve product or service problems quickly and efficiently Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system Assist with order processing and product returns Provide insights to improve our Customer Service Support systems Support sales initiatives by managing incoming customer inquiries Identify upsell opportunities and pass leads to the sales team
Customer Service Support Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Customer Service Support or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus Team player mindset with a proactive attitude We believe in empowering our Customer Service Support team to grow alongside the company.
