We’re seeking a positive, detail-oriented professional to support order entry and business customer communication processes. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating ERP systems, excels at data accuracy, and can provide positive phone interactions with business clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and maintain an organized, welcoming front desk space
Primary Focus:
Data Entry Accurately enter customer orders into ERP system Assist in tracking and updating order status within the system Support ongoing system process improvements
Secondary Focus:
Phone-Based Support for Business Customers Answer incoming phone calls from business customers requesting order updates Provide time estimates and accurate information with a calm, helpful tone Deliver high-level customer service without a set script What We’re Looking For Previous data entry/administrative experience Customer support experience Strong ERP and computer skills; confident navigating databases and order systems Clear, professional phone communication skills Ability to think on your feet and respond in the moment without relying on a script Reliability, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor High School Diploma Ability to clear a background check This is an opportunity to join a growing company with an international presence!
