Full Job Description Essential Job Duties:

The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required. Schedule service appointments for customers Answer incoming phone calls to the service department Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle’s service needs Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately Ensure that service advisors receive messages promptly Make service appointments if service advisors are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service advisor Provide reporting to dealership management Collect retail charges from the customer in cash, check or authorized charge account Properly process and document charge purchases according to the policies established Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all customer interactions Participate and keep up to date with on-the-job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
