Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Fairport! In this key role, you will serve as a frontline resource for our clients—managing order entry, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to deliver exceptional service.
Shift:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay:
$20-22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, primarily related to purchase orders and order status.
Accurately enter and manage client orders from entry through delivery using Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, and Teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure a smooth client experience.
Provide Tier 1 phone support for iing calls, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
Assist with quoting and pricing requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of client support experience in an order-processing environment.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience with purchase order entry, tracking, and issue resolution.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
