Negotiation Full Job Description SUMMARY:
The Customer Success Advocate / Project Associate is responsible for collaborating with Managers of Client Services to ensure projects are implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms of the project. The Customer Success Advocate / Project Associate has expertise in all phases of the project management process. Ensures activities are being performed, collecting data to analyze performance and reporting on progress.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Under the guidance of the Managers of Client Services, schedules and conducts project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to project management team members, and tracks completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. 2. Ensure effective handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting 3. Monitor system reports (order summary, inventory and tracking) to identify issues that would prohibit fulfillment of orders to Project Manager. 4. Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed customer requirements and company’s quality standard is developed on the right time. 5. Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status on a regular basis. 6. Prepare and send packages to customers/vendors as requested. 7. Plan breakfast/lunch for customer visits when requested by Project Managers. 8. Retrieve receipts from warehouse and validate against planned receipts daily. Copy receipts and provide to appropriate Project Managers. 9. Follow specifications for job folders. 10. Enter new item numbers into computer system when requested. 11. Monitor customer mailboxes for orders and services needed keeping project management and sales executives informed as needed. 12. Process orders on behalf of both internal and external customers received manually or electronically. 13. Assists in monthly and quarterly inventory audits, compiling and recording data to be submitted to Department Leads, Operations, and CFO / Finance. 14. Assist other team members in the billing process for customers. 15. Attend order summary meetings for new products and customer release. 16. Perform data entry of miscellaneous information. This includes taking alpha/numeric information from hand written, types and computer-generated material, entering and verifying. 17. Process miscellaneous reports, labels and documents as needed for various production jobs. 18. Perform and run documented IT processes per Client as required by Work Order. 19. As needed or assigned, work at bench or table as member of assembly group either completing full product assembly/packaging or passing pieces to another worker for further assembly/packaging. 20. Assists production departments with customer service, order control and pick, pack and shipping functions as needed. 21. Ensure job revisions are documented and communicated to operations in a timely fashion.
Team Leadership:
Provides subject matter expertise to help coach and train new employees, to reduce errors, striving to motivate, increase overall team morale and performance. Provides feedback of employees pertaining to their performance to VP of Human Resources & Customer Service for review purposes. Maintain departmental work instructions and customer work orders, and advise coworkers of new or revised information on products or merchandise. Support Project Manager to maintain and distribute documentation for project management and operations. Assist with the control of work orders, SOWs, receiving documents, bills of lading, customer specific drawings, bills of material and process instruction. Maintain all information on the M drive for proposals, customer requirement documents, Order Summary and SOW including tracking logs and upcoming expirations.
