Full Job Description Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join their team! This role is responsible for processing and monitoring sales orders, managing customer communications, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor sales orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order updates, and expediting requests via phone and email. Provide support and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments Utilize internal systems for order entry, quoting, part loading, and data updates. Determine and communicate product pricing using established company formulas. Coordinate updates and changes to sales orders and ensure all adjustments are accurately implemented. Investigate and resolve customer issues Maintain and update customer portals and sales documentation. Prepare sales analysis and customer-related reports as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1-2 years of related experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet applications. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable with high volumes of email correspondence and task prioritization. Basic math skills and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
