Customer Service Executive CPIC North America Inc. Amsterdam, NY 12010 • Hybrid work Job Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline liaison between CPIC North America Inc. and our customers. The role ensures a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and processing orders and complaints with professionalism. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and equipped with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process customer orders and verify order details in the ERP system (e.g., SAP). Track shipments and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery confirmations. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases. Assist in preparing shipping and documentation for export markets. Work closely with the sales team to relay customer feedback and resolve account issues. Generate regular reports on order status, customer feedback, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, export control rules, and documentation standards. Requirements Previous experience in a customer support role or call center environment is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within a dynamic work environment.
