AT&T Customer Ambassador Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing detailed, knowledgeable sales support regarding products and services in a retail environment Address sales inquiries, resolve concerns, and overcome objections while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized, up-to-date records Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our service offerings to proactively support and advise customers on sales that fit their needs Collaborate in team strategy sessions, sales training programs, and leadership-led workshops to refine sales techniques and build professional insight

AT&T Customer Ambassador Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales. Direct experience as a AT&T Customer Ambassador is a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative settings. Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced environments with attention to detail and efficiency.
