POSITION SUMMARY

Assist the Client Services team with a variety of administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential Functions Statement(s) Check e-mails for daily assignments. Order, expedite and price inventory utilizing proprietary software. Manage purchase orders by inputting all pertinent information into the proprietary software in a timely fashion. Contact publishers for pricing, status of orders, returnable status and current edition information. Maintain inventory locations and make adjustments as needed. Enter inventory adjustments and additions into the proprietary software. Instruct warehouse on order processing and create invoices. Respond to student inquiry e-mails and resolve any issues. On a daily basis check the warehouse on school returns for defectives, returns to publishers and any product not creditable. Create, if applicable, client credit vouchers or issue denial letters to the client. Communicate with both internal departments and publishers in a professional and timely manner. Assist Client Service Specialists with all clerical responsibilities. Complete special projects as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
