If you are looking for an awesome part time job assisting people plan their next party with a terrific catering order, we are hiring! Zorns is currently looking for a seasoned, mature, reliable, part-time, friendly, outgoing, experienced and responsible person to join us for our catering and take-home phone order position for our beloved 75+ year old, fast-paced and exciting take-out restaurant.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SEASONAL HELP AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE GOING BACK TO COLLEGE IN THE FALL AND WILL NOT BE ON LONG ISLAND. • Zorn’s of Bethpage. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one-year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience highly recommended. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Taking phone orders with a friendly attitude
• Assisting customers to understand their needs
• Providing a great service experience for every customer
• Knowledge of the menu, answer questions and offer suggestions
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Taking orders face-to-face
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers
• Various daily assignments
• Board of Health knowledge a plus
• not mandatory (classes offered)
