Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues Identify areas for improvement in the customer service process and implement solutions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service management role Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers
