Customer Service Specialist Compensation:

$17-$20 per hour

Job Type:

Hybrid-Full time, 4 week days and 1 weekend day from home. NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems. Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver a high quality PV system. Dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable A Confirmations Specialist will work on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.

Confirmation Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

Interact with customers over the phone and written channels Respond to queries related to products and services Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
