Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:15

PM EST Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (2 Weeks, 35 Hours/Week)

Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and process orders. Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism. Document interactions and categorize calls accurately. Provide updates on order and shipping status, and stock availability. Maintain high levels of service and uphold client’s standards. Handle a high volume of inbound calls (up to 90% of shift).

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or GED 1+ year in customer service, call center, or hospitality environment Excellent verbal and written communication Strong telephone etiquette and computer navigation skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet tools Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Preferred:

College degree SAP experience Background in the optical industry or familiarity with eyewear products

Work-From-Home Requirements:

Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) Desk or table located near power source and router Quiet and distraction-free work environment Willingness to transport and set up equipment with guidance
