Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or assistance
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Sales experience or ability to upsell products is a plus
• Bilingual fluency is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
