Job Description Equinox is the industry leader for luxuryfitness and health optimization. Our clubs are searching forexperienced Fitness Professionals already certified in an array ofrelated fields including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine,Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and/or Massage Therapy. Equinox’sStretch Mobility Training Program ensures that clients receive ahyper-customized stretching session. Stretch Business Management

• Build and maintain an active client base
• Manage and maintain anaccurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, andopen availability within our internal scheduling systems
• Marketand sell stretch series to members and clients through phone calls,emails, and in-person interactions and Stretch Events.
• Maintainknowledge of all club services, programs, and products Service andHospitality
• Execute intake, outtake and assisted stretches 30/60min as well as 15/25 min complimentary services for members
• Interact with members to enhance their recovery and overall clubexperience
• Create and offer personalized programs / series
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe stretch area during shiftsand sessions Professional Development
• Attend and pass mandatorypre-work training
• Continuing Education classes to elevateknowledge and qualify for promotions
• Attend and participate inany required one-on-one or team meetings with managementQualifications Equinox’s Stretch Mobility Training Program is anassisted stretching program developed by Equinox’s most experiencedmanual therapists and experts.

During the required Equinoxproprietary theory and hands-on training, our Stretch MobilitySpecialists learn the muscular system, a variety of assistedstretches and how to work with a variety of clients fromprofessional athletes, weekend warriors, those recovering from aninjury and clients of all ages and body types.

• Must possess afitness related certification or Massage Therapy License
• CPR/AEDCertification
• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledgeregarding anatomy, fitness and recovery
• Ability to work in-personduring weekdays/weekends
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Energetic, friendly,punctual, hygienic and respectful

Pay Transparency:
