Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team full time or part time . It will be mostly remote work from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm . But we can talk about your hours . maybe in a rare chance you might need to come in the office. we are looking for someone who knows insurnace business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and general inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. Promote insurance products and services to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong sales skills with a focus on insurance products preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and handle challenging situations with professionalism. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.
