Track the status of open repair orders during the day keeping both the customers and Manager updated with approvals and delays. Obtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty. Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items. Notify customers that their vehicles are ready for pickup, cashier & close tickets. Explain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager of any customer service problems. Strive to meet management’s metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred. Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred. Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated. Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
