Service BDC / Customer Service Position Available In Nassau, New York

Service BDC / Customer Service Mercedes-Benz Freeport, NY 11520 Job Description We are looking for an individual who is organized, has excellent customer service experience, pays attention to detail with accuracy and priority in a changing work environment. This individual Must have the drive, determination and expertise to work in our service department. All applicants must be flexible with hours including nights and weekends. The functions of the SBDC include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling incoming appointments
• Service follow-up contacts
• Reschedule missed appointments
• Confirm service appointments
• Schedule Special Service Campaigns
• Maintain dealership data base

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
