The Data Specialist will be focusing on data integration, report visualization, and business analysis projects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing data reporting and advanced analytics solutions to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data analytics and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business teams to deliver actionable data insights. Job responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate closely with various teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative data products tailored to specific needs. Utilize SQL and Python to efficiently process and analyze data. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analyses, and BI dashboards to support key business decisions. Assist the business with data analysis to derive insights and integrate data for improved business efficiency. Profile The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably CPG, retail, or luxury sectors with strong understanding of statistical techniques. This individual will excel in analyzing large, complex databases in distributed environments and be highly proficient with technical skills such as SQL programming, DAX Query, Power Query, Microsoft Power Automation. Additionally, strong knowledge and understanding of data visualizations tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik is required. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $105,000 – $115,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. Please note that restrictions may apply to part-time employees The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
